NEW ROUTINE

  WITH   the new year around, we are all set to make resolutions. What are these resolutions? The majority of them are habits that we are attempting to instill in ourselves.   Habits are the things you do on a daily basis that come naturally and without effort. These habits or routine affect and define your personality. At first, you're excited about starting a new habit, but as time passes, your enthusiasm starts waning rapidly, and you find yourself back at square one. It is very well said by James Clear that  " Habits  are created based on repetition and frequency”.   With the frequent repetition and knowing a little bit more about this new routine, you can make your new behavior automatic and effortless. Bigger the Problem Simpler the Solution

      You've probably encountered a situation in your life where you were stuck with a problem that took a few hours or even a few days to solve. Eureka! You found the solution, and you said to yourself, "This was so simple." Bingo! That’s the formula for other problems as well. I consider myself the best receptive because, since my early years, I have been approached by a lot of different minds sharing and discussing their worries. Which I respond to by displaying a high level of patience. However, I failed to understand why a few of them don’t perceive it the way I do.
