Bigger the Problem Simpler the Solution

You've probably encountered a situation in your life where you were stuck with a problem that took a few hours or even a few days to solve. Eureka! You found the solution, and you said to yourself, "This was so simple." Bingo! That’s the formula for other problems as well. I consider myself the best receptive because, since my early years, I have been approached by a lot of different minds sharing and discussing their worries. Which I respond to by displaying a high level of patience. However, I failed to understand why a few of them don’t perceive it the way I do. Pondering for hours on end will only make a mountain out of a molehill.

One of the biggest problems we are facing today is with regard      to fitness. Off Lately, people have become cautious about their health as there is a surge in the number of health problems related to sugar, blood pressure, etc. The problem here is not gauging your mass on the scale or getting into the perfect shape. However, overall fitness, which includes energy, strength, stamina, combating lethargy, lifting your mood, and feeling active, is more important. The rise in sedentary lifestyle     has resulted in a slew of health issues. We are all familiar of the plethora of benefits of practising yoga, doing exercise on a daily basis, and brisk walking. But this usually does not fit in our routine, especially for those whose work keeps them seated at their desk for 8 to 9 hours a day. What could be the simplest solution for them? Gavin Bradley, in an interview with Brigid Schulte for the Washington Post, said that the metabolism slows 90% after 30 minutes of sitting. The enzymes that move the bad fat from your arteries to your muscles, where it can be burned off, slow down. And after two hours, good cholesterol drops by 20%. Just getting up for five minutes is going to get things going again.

Let me repeat: GETTING UP FOR 5 MINUTES is the simplest thing that can be easily integrated into our daily activities. Adding mobility to our routine is one of the simple solutions. Another simple step could be staying hydrated. It is recommended that an individual drink approximately 2.5-3 litres of water per day to avoid unwanted hunger and dehydration. Drinking enough water further aids in burning      calories. To add to the above two solutions, breathing in such a way that oxygen reaches our lungs, having a nutritious diet, eating at proper intervals, laughing, and having proper, sound sleep are a few of the ways nature has designed to keep our bodies disease-free. We can be in better shape and stay healthy if we adhere to these straightforward rules

The issue of money is yet another prevalent issue. After all, who has enough? Often, it’s been heard that I couldn’t progress due to a lack of opportunity, but the simple fact is that opportunities are to be created. Focusing all your time, efforts, and energy on a single source of income is quite a big risk. It may make you vulnerable in a time of crisis. Have you ever thought of making your hobby a second source of income? There are so many renowned artists who have persued      their hobbies as a second source of income and created a fortune for themselves. Until recently, the second simple solution was savingHowever, this is no longer viable in these times. Money can earn money, and this is possible by investing smartly. There are various options available for investing, and details of each are available with just a single click.

God has gifted everyone with something; just find it out, if needed work on it and try to turn your talent into another source of income. There are various people making cooking videos, make-up videos, and many more that are earning pretty well just by showcasing their talent. Sharing your knowledge with those in need can also help you generate income. This would be more convenient because online courses have gained popularity since the COVID.

COVID-19 is still fresh in our minds. A virus that turned out to be fatal, killing millions around the world. One of the most serious issues that humanity faced during the pandemic's spread was a lack of vaccine. The massive problem was definitely how to control the spread of virus in the absence of a vaccine. But did you realise the protocol suggested by the doctors was the simplest solution to curb its spread? Staying at home, frequently washing hands, sanitising, wearing a mask, and increasing immunity by eating the right foods were a few simple antidotes to combat the deadly virus in the absence of a vaccine.

The idea here is to break down the problem and start finding solutions to each of the problems. Break the Problem into Problems, and your Solutions will give you the Solution. The following is just a summary of how you can approach your problems. A few generic ones are mentioned below.:

Small, simple solutions can easily overcome any of the problems. So next time when you face a problem, just remember 2 Ps and 2 Ss: From Problem To Problems And From Solutions To Solution. Things get bigger only when we give them a lot of importance, and we don’t find solutions because we focus more on the problems faced than finding solutions. Take a deep breath, stay focused, and just remember: Bigger The Problem, The Simpler The Solution.
